Take full advantage of Rock Shox forks with their oversized Torque Cap fitting.
Torque Caps increase the contact face of the hub from 19mm to a whopping 31mm to increase front-end stiffness. These endcaps also make installing the front wheel easier as the wheel will locate the thru-axle faster.
Tool-free design is easy to install. Compatible with all 110×15 Boost and 100×15 non-Boost Dial mountain bike hubs.
Installation for the Dial’s Torque Caps is tool free and easy. The disc side endcap is a two-piece design to clear the Dials Center Lock rotor fitting.
Remove the old endcaps. This is the hardest part of the job as the endcaps use a tapered seal to securely hold them in place and keep water out and removing the endcap requires folding the V shaped seal back on itself.
From left to right: The two pieces of the disc side endcap (not labeled, E01) and the single piece non-disc endcap (E28)
Push E28 onto the hub and check it’s fully seated on the bearing
Push the E01 section of the disc side endcap onto the hub and check it’s seated correctly against the bearing.
Install the rotor and lockring before installing the non labeled section of the endcap
