The Dial hub is simplicity at its finest: a fully modular, interchangeable hub which is easy to service and easy to upgrade.
Dial freehub bodies are available with either 36 or 72 engagement points. Mountain-bike-oriented freehub bodies are high engagement 72 point whereas road-oriented freehub bodies are 36 engagement point to reduce coasting drag. The higher speeds of gravel and pavement riding don’t require as many engagement points as slow technical mountain bike riding.
All freehub bodies are completely interchangeable with any Dial hub and endcap. Want to run a Campagnolo freehub body on your Boost enduro frame with quick release axles? Go ahead, you weirdo 🙂
All freehub bodies come with new bearings, pawls, and springs and are simple to install without requiring any tools.
Compatibility: Fits all Dial hubs
