You Need a MicroSpline Freehub Body

The Microspline "standard" was introduced by Shimano in 2018 when their XTR 12 speed mountain bike groups were unveiled. 

All of Shimanos 12 speed mountain bike cassettes use Microspline, however their 12 speed road cassettes do not.
