Why EnduroLite?

The EnduroLite is built for riders who push harder, ride bigger bikes, and need a wheelset that can keep up.

35mm internal width handles tyre sizes from 2.4" to 2.8", giving full casing support across the range of tyres that modern enduro and ebike riders actually use. Wider tyres sit rounder, corner more predictably, and grip better without needing to be over-inflated.

The EnduroLite is designed for the loads that come with aggressive riding and high-power ebikes - harder compressions, bigger impacts, and the sustained forces that come with an electric motor behind every pedal stroke. It handles all of it without asking you to think twice before sending it.

All the hubs we sell can be ridden hard and maintained easily.

Lifetime guarantee

We back our work. EnduroLite wheels are covered by our lifetime warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, plus our lifetime guarantee against impact damage and broken spokes under normal riding conditions.

We build EnduroLite wheels to be ridden hard. A well-looked-after wheelset shouldn't regularly break spokes, lose tension, or fall badly out of true.

Our lifetime warranty is there to cover anything that slips through the cracks with components or wheelbuilding. If there's an issue that comes back to us, we'll fix it.

Rims: wide, capable, enduro-ready

The EnduroLite rim is built for aggressive riding on capable bikes - designed to handle the demands of modern enduro and high-power ebikes without compromise.

35mm internal width gives proper support to tyre casings from 2.4" to 2.8", keeping the casing round and the handling predictable through rough, technical terrain. Wider tyres sit rounder, corner more confidently, and grip better without needing to be over-inflated.

At 28mm deep, the profile balances lateral stiffness and compliance - enough depth to handle hard accelerations and big compressions, without adding unnecessary weight.

Differential front and rear rims let us tune each end of the bike independently. The front rim is optimized for vertical compliance, absorbing trail chatter and keeping the front wheel tracking through rough sections. The rear rim is built for impact resistance, handling the harder loads that come from aggressive accelerations and the sustained forces of high-power ebike use.

Rims are hookless and fully tubeless-ready, shipped with tubeless tape installed and high-flow valves so you can go tubeless straight out of the box. Standard tube setups work fine too. Max tyre pressure is 30 psi.

Weights

Hookless bead and tubeless‑ready

EnduroLite rims use a hookless bead and are fully tubeless‑ready.

• 30mm internal width keeps the tyre locked in place and work with a broad range of tyre casings.
• Rims are shipped with tubeless tape installed and high flow valves so you can go tubeless straight away.
• If you prefer tubes, that’s fine too - the rims work perfectly with standard tube setups.
• Max tyre pressure of 30 psi

3‑axis spoke nipple drilling

A big contributor to broken spokes is forcing them to bend awkwardly between hub and rim. To avoid that, we drill spoke holes in the XC Lite rims at carefully calculated angles in three dimensions.

This lets the nipple sit in line with the spoke in both side‑to‑side and front‑to‑back directions. Combined with spoke lengths measured to tight tolerances, this reduces stress at the nipple and helps prevent fatigue‑related spoke failures over time.

Our choice of hubs complements this by using angled flanges that point towards the rim, further smoothing the spoke path and increasing long‑term reliability.

Max rider weight

EnduroLite is optimized for riders up to 125g using Enduro or bike style full suspension or hardtail frames.

e‑MTB use

EnduroLite is designed for full power ebikes.

Production, COO, and EOL

We’re transparent about where EnduroLite components come from:  rims are manufactured to our specifications by a specialist carbon partner in mainland China.

At the moment there’s no practical large‑scale recycling stream for carbon rims, but our experience is that a well‑designed carbon rim will outlast multiple aluminum rims used in the same way.

Aluminum hub shells, stainless steel spokes, and brass nipples can be recycled at most metal recyclers once they’ve finally done their duty.
